In the upper zone the existing boerenburgerwoning is being extended to include an L-shaped structure. Here we are building 23 approved service flats (Proxliving).
In the lower orchard the three park villas form a second collective residential cluster. Each of the park villas features two to three apartments per floor, each with spacious indoor terraces. On the top floor we are including a spacious penthouse.
The project combines the strong rural character of the region with the comfort of modern living. Graethem, a wonderful place to live in an interesting, green neighbourhood!
