The new building (2,232 m²) for 't Zandhofje Social School is a passive school providing classrooms, a refectory and a multifunctional space which also serves as a gym, as well as the necessary administrative areas and technical rooms.
‘t Zandhofje is an alternative education primary school with 10 classes operated by the Department of Education of the Flemish Community under the GO! banner, and has been built as a model and pilot project PHP as part of the DBFM project run by Scholen van Morgen.
